Wildernest Property Management, LLC, doing business as Wildernest Leasing ("Wildernest Leasing," "we," "us"), manages residential rentals in Summit County, Colorado. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Contact details you give us, such as your name, email address, and phone number, when you ask about a rental, schedule a showing, apply, or work with us.
- Details you share about your rental search, such as move-in date, budget, pets, and the units you're interested in.
- Rental application information, which is collected and processed through our property management software, AppFolio, under its own privacy policy.
- Mobile phone numbers of our own staff, used to send them work scheduling text messages.
How we use it
- To answer your questions, schedule showings, process applications, and manage leases.
- To send our staff text messages about scheduling showings.
- To meet legal and accounting requirements.
What we don't do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not share mobile phone numbers or text messaging opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
- Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run our business (such as AppFolio for applications and leases, Google for email, and Twilio for text messages), with property owners as needed to manage their properties, and when required by law. These providers may use it only to provide their services to us.
How long we keep it
We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as required by law.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete your information by contacting us below. Staff can stop scheduling texts at any time by replying STOP.
